Albéa, an affiliate of Sun European Partners LLP, has completed the acquisition of Rexam Personal Care, cosmetics division. The division, which produces dispensing systems and makeup packaging for cosmetics and personal care markets, operates 11 plants in Europe, the Americas and Asia. With this new acquisition, Albéa extends its product line of tubes, cosmetic rigid packaging and beauty solutions. Rexam’s announcement of the proposed sale of its personal care business was announced in July.
